2021 has started on a low with the introduction of a new strain of the coronavirus. As a result the number of active COVID-19 cases has sky rocketed reaching over 30 000 cumulative cases forcing Zimbabwe into a national lockdown. Our prayer is that we overcome this pandemic before any irreparable damage is done to our various pillars of society.
Our hearts go out to those that have lost their loved ones as well those battling for their lives, may God grant you physical and emotional healing.
As a result of the lockdown the school programmes have been halted which directly affects our various causes as since our target areas are low income Google classroom and other forms of e-learning are not sustainable solutions at the moment.
It is at times like these that we see the need for programmes as our ICT Capacity Building Programme since ICT literacy means less person to person interaction.
